2. Services Description

2.1 Free Consultation

We offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation to assess your certification readiness and provide a personalized study plan. This consultation includes:

  • Readiness assessment
  • Personalized study timeline recommendations
  • Study strategy guidance
  • Resource recommendations

The free consultation does not obligate you to purchase any services, nor does it guarantee exam success.

2.2 Certification Mentoring Services

Our paid mentoring services include:

  • One-on-one video mentoring sessions
  • Personalized study plans
  • Weekly progress check-ins
  • Mock exams and practice materials
  • Unlimited email and chat support
  • Flexible US time zone scheduling

Service details, pricing, and duration will be discussed and agreed upon during your consultation.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering for our services or requesting consultations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

4.2 Commitment to Learning

Success in certification exams requires your active participation and commitment. You agree to:

  • Attend scheduled mentoring sessions or provide reasonable notice for cancellations
  • Complete assigned study materials and practice exercises
  • Communicate openly about challenges or concerns
  • Follow the personalized study plan and recommendations

4.3 Professional Conduct

You agree to treat our mentors and staff with respect and professionalism. We reserve the right to terminate services for abusive, harassing, or disruptive behavior.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

5.1 Session Scheduling

Mentoring sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability in US time zones (EST, CST, MST, PST). We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred schedule.

5.2 Cancellation Policy

  • By You: You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may forfeit that session.
  • By Us: In the rare event we need to cancel a session, we will provide at least 24 hours' notice and reschedule at your convenience.
  • No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will forfeit that session.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Pricing

Service pricing will be communicated during your consultation and confirmed in writing before you commit to any paid services. Prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect services already purchased.

6.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment via major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payment methods as specified during enrollment.

6.3 Refund Policy

  • Free Consultation: No payment required, no refunds applicable.
  • Paid Services: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not yet attended any mentoring sessions. After attending sessions, refunds are prorated based on unused sessions, minus an administrative fee.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Study materials, practice exams, and other downloadable resources are non-refundable once accessed.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All content on our website and provided through our services, including text, graphics, logos, images, study materials, and software, is the property of Certification Course UK or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our study materials solely for your personal certification preparation. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without permission
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
  • Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense our materials
  • Share your account access with others

7.3 User-Generated Content

By sharing feedback, suggestions, or other content with us, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and incorporate such content into our services.

8. Results and Guarantees

No Guarantee of Exam Success: While we maintain a high student pass rate, we cannot and do not guarantee that you will pass your certification exam. Success depends on multiple factors, including your prior knowledge, study commitment, and exam performance.

Our role is to provide guidance, resources, and support. The ultimate responsibility for exam preparation and success rests with you.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Certification Course UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or opportunities.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for those services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not liable for exam results, employment outcomes, or salary changes resulting from certification success or failure.
  • We are not responsible for third-party certification body policies, exam fees, or certification requirements.

10. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of information
  • Warranties that services will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Warranties regarding third-party materials or exam content

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Certification Course UK, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of our services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Your misuse of our materials or intellectual property

12. Third-Party Certification Bodies

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any certification body mentioned on our website (including PMI, AWS, Microsoft, ISACA, etc.). All certification names, trademarks, and logos are the property of their respective owners.

You are responsible for:

  • Understanding the requirements of your chosen certification
  • Registering for and scheduling your exam independently
  • Paying all exam fees to the certification body
  • Complying with the certification body's code of conduct and exam policies
